GENESIS® T8 tractors offer exceptional heavy-draft performance, which is a key demand of tractors developing more than 400 hp (CV). And that’s just the start. PTO and hydraulic performance is maintained, even in demanding conditions, thanks to the constant power curve, resulting in massive performance with optimum economy. These tractors reach rated PTO speed at reduced engine speed for maximum fuel efficiency. Versatility comes standard with a GENESIS® T8.

Direct drive for fuel efficiency

All GENESIS® T8 tractors are fitted with a direct drive PTO to minimise power loss between the engine and the implement. The PTO is engaged via a forward sliding switch, with advanced Soft Start management. This modulates engagement of highinertia attachments to protect the driveline and provide smooth engagement of implements. Safety has been further enhanced with the inclusion of an intentional PTO switch, which must be selected to keep the PTO engaged when leaving the operators seat. Additional PTO options include Auto PTO that can be selected to automatically disengage the PTO as the front or rear hitch is raised above a pre-set position. This protects the PTO shaft and tractor.

A front-mounted 1,000- rpm PTO is available, while at the rear either a 540/1,000 rpm or 1,000 rpm PTO is offered. PTO management is integrated into the Headland Turn Sequencing II system.

Headland Turn Sequencing II system: hassle-free repeatability

The intuitive HTS II system means you can easily record and store all implement sequences and operations at the headland. These can then be played back at the touch of a button. Now it’s even easier to modify pre-recorded sequences, so when things change, your HTS sequence does as well! HTS II is a great way to improve repeatability and efficiency as well as to reduce fatigue when working over extended periods.
